1. Controller
The controller of your personal data is Quantelorynixbh s. r. o., with registered office at Lazaretská 12, 811 08 Bratislava, Company ID 56 894 217, registered in the Commercial Register of the Bratislava III City Court, Section Sro, file no. 178452/B (the “controller”).
2. Data we process
We process first and last name, email address, phone number (if voluntarily provided), device information and IP address. For investment activity we also process the data required for AML/KYC verification under Act No. 297/2008 Coll.
3. Purposes of processing
We process data to send the newsletter (based on your consent), to provide crowdfunding services, to comply with legal obligations (in particular AML and tax) and on the basis of legitimate interest to protect our rights and the security of the platform.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent for the newsletter), (b) (contract), (c) (legal obligation) and (f) (legitimate interest).
5. Retention period
Marketing data are retained until you withdraw your consent, no longer than 5 years. Data processed under legal obligations are retained for the period required by the applicable law (usually 10 years).
6. Recipients of data
Data may be shared with providers of IT services, hosting, analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.), payment services and with state authorities where required by law. We do not sell your data to third parties.
7. Transfers outside the EEA
Where personal data are transferred outside the European Economic Area we ensure an adequate level of protection through the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing and the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (www.dataprotection.gov.sk).
