Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Quantelorynixbh s. r. o. and the users of the website quantelorynixbh.com and the investment platform.

1. Service provider

Quantelorynixbh s. r. o., Lazaretská 12, 811 08 Bratislava, Company ID 56 894 217, authorised by the National Bank of Slovakia as a crowdfunding service provider under no. CFD-2026/0142 pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2020/1503.

2. Scope of services

The platform facilitates the financing of residential and development projects through crowdfunding. Quantelorynixbh is neither an investment adviser nor an asset manager.

3. Registration and user account

Investors may be natural persons over 18 years of age or legal entities seated in the EU. Before the first investment users must complete identity verification (KYC) and the appropriateness test for non-sophisticated investors.

4. Investment risks

Crowdfunding investments are not covered by the Deposit Protection Fund nor the Investment Guarantee Fund. There is a risk of losing part or all of your invested amount. Carefully review the Key Investment Information Sheet of each project before investing.

5. Fees

Quantelorynixbh charges a 1% administrative fee on the invested amount and a 10% performance fee on the realised profit upon successful project completion. The current price list is available in your user account.

6. Complaints and dispute resolution

Complaints may be filed at support@quantelorynixbh.com. Consumers may also contact the alternative dispute resolution body — the Slovak Trade Inspection — or use the European Commission's ODR platform.

7. Final provisions

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. In the event of any discrepancy between the Slovak and English versions, the Slovak version shall prevail.
